Why Does My Campaign Automatically Disable Itself After Activation?

Modified on Wed, 12 Feb at 10:43 AM

If your campaign disables itself after activation, it likely reached its set budget or traffic limits.

Possible Reasons & Fixes

1️⃣ Total Budget Limit Reached

  • Your campaign will automatically stop once the total budget limit is met.
  • Increase the Total Budget Limit in campaign settings or leave it blank for unlimited spending.

2️⃣ Daily Budget Limit Reached

  • If your campaign has a Daily Budget Limit, it will pause once the cap is hit.
  • Increase the Daily Budget Limit or remove it for continuous delivery.

3️⃣ Traffic Limits Exceeded

  • Max Hits Per Hour: If set, your campaign may pause after reaching the hourly limit.
  • Total Hits: If this limit is reached, the campaign will stop.
  • Fix: Adjust these limits or leave them blank for unrestricted traffic.

4️⃣ Dynamic Hits Hour Cap Enabled

  • If this setting is on, your campaign may be limiting traffic during specific hours.
  • Review and modify the cap to allow traffic throughout the day.

Solution

Go to your campaign settings and increase or remove the limits to keep your campaign running smoothly.
