What Are the Requirements for the Ads?

You can find specific ad requirements in your Clickaine account while launching campaigns and adding creatives. Below is an overview of the general ad format requirements:

1. Skim, Popunder, Direct Click

• These formats do not require a banner or creative.
• Simply add the Landing Page URL, and the ad will be displayed accordingly.

2. Native Ads

• Supported sizes: 640×360 or 300×250 (Aspect Ratio: 16:9).
• Image formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF.
• Headline: Up to 100 characters, including emojis.
• Description: Up to 64 characters.
• Video creatives:
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9
  • Duration: Up to 30 seconds
  • Formats: MP4, AVI, MOV

3. Banner Ads

• Supported sizes:
  • 120×600, 160×600, 240×400, 250×250, 300×100, 300×250, 300×50, 315×300, 400×240, 400×600, 468×60, 728×90, 900×250
• Max file size: 4MB
• Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF
• iFrame support: Available upon request (must be optimized for minimal size, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and media files).

4. Push Notifications

• Consist of 4 elements:
  • Main image: 360×240, max 4MB (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
  • Icon: 192×192, max 4MB (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
  • Title: Up to 30 characters
  • Description: Up to 100 characters

5. In-Page Push Notifications

• Consist of 3 elements:
  • Icon: 192×192, max 4MB (JPG, JPEG, PNG)
  • Title: Up to 30 characters
  • Description: Up to 100 characters

6. In-Stream Video, Video Slider, Interstitial Ads

• Supported formats: MP4, AVI, MOV, VAST, VPAID
• Max resolution: 1920×1080 (Aspect Ratio: 16:9)
• Max file size: 20MB
• Duration: 5 to 30 seconds
• VAST requirements: Skip button must appear after 5 seconds

7. Tab Ads

• Title: Up to 10–15 characters (depending on traffic source).
• Landing Page URL: Required.
• Creative Name (Tag): Optional.

Creative Quality Guidelines

• Ads must not be misleading (e.g., fake buttons like "Play," "Download," or deceptive close buttons).
• No stretched, poor-quality, or blurry images.
• Creatives should match the theme of the landing page.
• No prohibited content (e.g., excessive gore or disturbing imagery).
